During your training we will teach you the very basics of making a website. Having access to your screen via Anydesk or TeamViewer (recommended) we will be able to make a start on your website whilst showing you step by step how to make changes. If you are unable to to use remote access we can guide you through the steps over the phone (UK only) or, Whatsapp (Worldwide). However, we may be unable to make site specific suggestions without being able to interact with your screen.

Once you have installed and opened Anydesk you will be provided with an AnyDesk ID in the top left of the screen. We will use this to send you a request to access your screen on your chosen time slot. Do not change this password until our training is complete. *If your ID is showing 0 this means AnyDesk cannot connect. This may be due to firewall or IP settings - Please troubleshoot here If you still have trouble the lovely staff at AnyDesk are happy to help.

Once you have installed and opened TeamVeiwer you will be provided with a TeamViwer ID on the left of the screen. We will use this to send you a request to access your screen on your chosen time slot. If your TeamViwer is not working please troubleshoot here If you still have trouble the lovely staff at TeamViewer are happy to help.
