How to Give Access to Your Google Analytics

Step 1: Log into Google Analytics

Go to your Google Analytics account and log in.

Step 2: Go to the “Admin” Screen

Go to the bottom left hand side of the page and click on the “Admin” Cog.

Step 3: Choose Your Account

Click on the first dropdown box to select the account you’d like to give access for

Step 4: Click on “Access Management”

Click on Access Management to see all the current users that have access

Step 5: Click on the Blue + Sign

Click on the Blue “+” sign in the top right hand corner and click “Add Users”

Step 6: Add your Email Addresses

Add the new email address of the persons you would like to have access. You can also set the user role. For full access select “Administrator” for viewing access select “Viewer”

Note: The email address but be associated with a Google Account

Step 7: Click “ADD”

Click “Add” in the top right hand corner of the screen and you’re all done.
